Northern Leatherette Co. supplies premium leatherette materials, laser-engraving supplies, heat-activated adhesives, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, colours, and specifications. However, slight variations in colour, texture, thickness, and finish may occur between production batches.
Screen settings, lighting, and photography may also affect how product colours appear.
2. Laser Engraving Disclaimer
Our laser-engraveable products are intended for use with compatible laser engraving equipment.
Customers are responsible for determining appropriate laser settings, including power, speed, frequency, and other operating parameters.
We strongly recommend performing a test engraving before beginning production.
Northern Leatherette Co. is not responsible for equipment damage, wasted materials, or unsuccessful finished products resulting from improper settings, incompatible equipment, or incorrect handling, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
3. Heat-Activated Adhesive
Customers are responsible for ensuring that heat-activated adhesives are suitable for their intended application.
Application results may vary depending on temperature, pressure, application time, equipment, and the surface receiving the adhesive.
Customers should perform testing before full-scale production.
4. UV-Printed and Specialty Materials
Our UV-printed and specialty leatherette products may feature minor variations in pattern placement, alignment, colour, or finish.
Customers should inspect their materials before cutting, engraving, or applying heat.
5. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge that laser engraving and heat application involve equipment-specific operating conditions.
Customers are responsible for following equipment manufacturer instructions, appropriate ventilation requirements, and applicable safety procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northern Leatherette Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, interrupted production, or damage resulting from improper product use.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
